Cancellation / Payment in advance:

The customer can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
The customer pays the total amount if he cancels in the 14 days before the arrival.

Children and beds: Any type of extra bed or cot is available upon request and is subject to confirmation by the hotel at an additional cost.

Animals: is allowed after confirmation by the hotel. At the end of the stay a supplement will be requested.
